Terms of service
In short. Aura Fight is free. You play as a guest and, if you want, save your fighter with your email. Your fighter is public, so give it a name anyone may see. The only ads are the ones you choose to watch for a reward. What you can buy only changes how your fighter looks, never its strength, and the App Store or Google Play charge for it. Play fair: cheating and multiple accounts can get your account suspended. None of this takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Who we are
Aura Fight is made by Javier Rubio Roca, an individual developer in Spain ("we"). You can write to us at support@aurafight.app. These terms are an agreement between you and us about the Aura Fight app and the website aurafight.app. By using either you accept them; if you don't agree, don't use them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Aura Fight on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app is licensed to you, not sold. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies, and these terms complete it; if you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support; we are.
You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app or its content, remove its notices or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows you to regardless of these terms. Parts of the app are open-source software under their own licences, which this licence does not limit.
Your account
Guest. When you open Aura Fight you play with a guest account tied to that device (or that browser). If you delete the app or the browser's data without having saved it, you lose it, and we cannot recover it.
Saving it. You can save your fighter with your email address (or with Apple or Google) to get it back on another device. Keep access to that email: it is where we send the codes to sign in. There is one account and one fighter per person, and they are yours alone: don't share or sell them, or use someone else's.
Deleting it. You can delete your account whenever you like from the app, on iPhone, Android and the web (your account → "Delete account"), or by writing to us. It is deleted at once and cannot be undone: you lose your fighter, its aura, its rank, its cosmetics and whatever your purchases gave you. Deleting the account does not refund any purchase or cancel subscriptions: if you have an active one, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
Age. You must be 13 or older. The app asks your birth year when you create your fighter and, below that age, does not create it. If you are under your country's age of digital consent (14 in Spain), you will only see non-personalised ads. If you are not of age where you live, you need the permission of your parent or guardian, who accept these terms on your behalf.
Your fighter is public
Your fighter's name and look, its aura, rank, record, duels, achievements, the title it wears and its destiny tree can be seen by anyone with its link and by other players. Only you see your diary (who challenged you). Choose a name that is not your real name or someone else's, and that is not offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonating anyone. The app refuses names that match a list of insults, but that does not catch everything: if a fighter's name is offensive or breaks this, we may change it or suspend its account. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusing other players: by creating your fighter you accept these rules.
Reporting and blocking. If another fighter has an offensive name, cheats or does something it should not, report it from its card, the duel or its link: a person reviews it and we don't tell it who reported it. If you don't want to meet someone, block it: you won't be offered to each other as rivals, it can't challenge you and its duels against you leave your diary. You can unblock it from your account → "Blocked". Don't abuse reports.
Free, with ads you choose
Aura Fight is free to download and play. On phones, you can watch an ad for a reward (such as an extra duel or +100 aura) by tapping the button that offers it; an ad you didn't ask for never appears. Our server grants the reward once Google confirms you watched the ad; there is a daily limit, and it may take a few seconds to arrive. If an ad doesn't load or is cut short, there may be no reward. We may change the rewards and their limits, or stop offering them.
Purchases
What is sold. Cosmetics only: they change how your fighter looks, never its strength, its stats or its duels. Today the shop doesn't sell anything yet.
How to buy. In the App Store or Google Play, at the price the store shows you before you confirm, including taxes where the store includes them. The store takes payment under its own terms; we never see your payment details. What you buy is linked to your Aura Fight account; save it with your email so you don't lose it if you change devices.
Refunds and withdrawal. Refunds, and any right of withdrawal the law of your country gives you, are handled by Apple or Google under their terms: ask them through their usual channels. A refunded cosmetic leaves your account. If you have any problem, write to us and we'll help as far as we can.
Aura and what you earn in the game
Aura, ranks, season crowns, levels and the cosmetics you earn by playing are part of the game: they have no money value, cannot be exchanged or sold, and you don't own them outside the game. We tune the game's balance (numbers, attacks, rewards, seasons) to keep it fair and fun, and those changes may affect your fighter.
Fair play
Use Aura Fight in good faith. In particular, don't:
- create several accounts to bring yourself into your own crew, pass aura around or climb the ranking;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to play, create accounts, watch ads or copy content in bulk;
- try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the app, the website or our server, fake rewards or purchases, or access what isn't yours;
- impersonate anyone or present Aura Fight's content as your own.
Suspending and closing your account
If you break these terms we may remove what was gained by cheating, take your fighter out of the ranking, suspend your account and, for serious or repeated breaches, close it. Unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it, we will tell you why if we can reach you, and you can reply to support@aurafight.app if you think we got it wrong: we will look again. You can stop playing whenever you like and delete your account from the app or by asking us.
Our content
The app, its fighters, drawings, animations, texts and design, and the Aura Fight name and logo belong to us or to those who license them to us. You are free to share screenshots, your fighter's links and your duels: that's what they're for. The memes and popular expressions the game nods to are in the public domain or belong to their authors, and imply no relationship with them.
Availability and changes
Aura Fight is offered wherever the App Store and Google Play make it available. We keep improving it, so its features may change, grow or go away. The service may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance, and then you can't play. We may stop offering Aura Fight; if we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
Liability
We make Aura Fight with care, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties beyond those the law requires. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for what other players put in their fighters' names, or for the content of sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we will update this page and its date, and the app will tell you about any important change before it applies. If you keep playing afterwards, the new terms apply; if you don't agree with them, you can stop playing and delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of that country or of Spain. Before going to court, write to us: almost everything gets solved by email.
