Delete your Aura Fight account
In short. You can delete your account and your fighter yourself in the app, at once, or ask us by email at support@aurafight.app. It cannot be undone.
In the app (iPhone, Android or aurafight.app)
- Open Aura Fight with the account you want to delete.
- On Home, tap "My account" (if you play as a guest, the button is called "Save").
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- Read the warning, type DELETE in the box and tap "Delete for good".
The account is deleted right then and the app goes back to its start screen. If you have an active subscription, also cancel it in the App Store or Google Play: deleting the account does not cancel it or refund any purchase. (The app shows these labels in Spanish when your device is in Spanish: «Mi cuenta», «Guardar», «Borrar cuenta», BORRAR, «Borrar para siempre».)
By email
If you cannot get into the app, write to support@aurafight.app with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you saved your fighter with. If you played as a guest, tell us your fighter's link (aurafight.app/f/…, under "Invite"). We check that the account is yours, delete it exactly as the app does and answer within a month at most, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
At once: your account and its sign-in methods (email, Apple or Google), your sessions, your birth year, your fighter with everything it has (aura, rank, level, attacks, items, pet, cosmetics, achievements, destiny, diary and crowns), your notification tokens and settings and the notifications sent, your device and network fingerprints, your blocks, your ad reward tokens and your in-game purchases. Your fighter disappears from rivals, the ranking, the crew and its link. If your account had an email address, we also ask Costia (the same developer's accounts service, from which the support mailbox is run) to delete your suggestions, your support conversations and your address in its email log.
What is kept, and for how long
- Duels other players already fought against your fighter remain so they can watch them again, but your side shows as "Luchador eliminado", with no link and nothing that identifies you.
- Store purchase notices (product, price, country and dates) are kept for 6 years for Spanish accounting and tax obligations, without your identifier or anything that identifies you.
- Reports you made about other fighters are kept without your identifier and without your comment until they are reviewed, and deleted 180 days after review.
- Database backups: what is deleted is gone from them within 30 days at most. The server's technical logs are deleted after 14 days.
